Good Afternoon, Peruvian Paso Aficionados!!

The Board of Directors of the Los Amigos Peruvian Paso Club AND the Board of Directors of the Southern California Peruvian Paso Horse Club are excited to be working together to provide the upcoming 2016 PERUVIAN HORSE FESTIVAL at the Los Angeles Equestrian Center in Burbank, Ca., on July 29, 30 & 31.  This will be a TRIPLE Championship Show, with the esteemed judges Fernando Risso Montes of Peru, Chris Austin of the USA, and Renzo Crolle of Peru.

The classes will begin each morning at 8:30 am, with a special evening performance on Saturday.  This performance will be intermixing fun classes with beautiful exhibitions of our Elegant Peruvian Horses and Peruvian Dancers.  The Laureado, Laureada and El Supremo horses being honored this weekend will also be presented.  There will be Peruvian Food Vendors on Saturday, as well as many other vendors for the whole weekend.  The excitement is building, and we look forward to welcoming you to this weekend celebrating the Independence of Peru!!

We would like to remind all of our exhibitors that at the End of the NAPHA show rules is an Appendix labeled "code of ethics".  It is our intention to continue to provide an atmosphere at this show based on this code.  That is, "it is desirable to define ethical practices, to delineate unethical practices, to encourage good sportsmanship and high ethical behavior and to warn, ensure or bring to public attention and discipline those who commit acts detrimental to the best interests of the breed and to its aficionados".

If you need any more information, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Looking forward to seeing you at the show,

Carole Hackett

Our Mission: To provide a reference document listing Peruvian Paso Horses that lived 20 Years or More
August 17, 2015
NEW GOAL:  We will make every effort to include horses that lived 20 years or more on our coming website. If you only entered horses 25+ please click on the link below and enter horses that lived 20 - 24 years (whether still living or deceased).
THREE CHEERS: As of today's date our survey has received 256 responses listing 535 horses. Evidence suggests the final number will can be much larger if everyone pitches in. Please help us make a list that will restore our breed's reputation and revitalize our market.
You can list living or deceased horses over 20. And you can enter qualified horses whether you own them or not.
Everyone for whom we have an email address will be able to view the list before our website is announced to the general public. At that time they can submit corrections if necessary.
