Membership Form: This should be filled out once each year, at the start of the year.  Accompanied by your check, this insures that you will receive notification of club events, the club newsletter, premiums, and your name will be included in the membership directory.  Members also enjoy reduced fees at the shows.  It is important that you send in your renewal by March 1, so that your name will appear in the membership directory.

Open Show Points Form: Use this form to record the points earned by your horse in shows other than shows approved by NAPHA.  These points can be accumulated, along with points earned at all SCPPHC approved shows, toward year-end awards (except the El Merito Award).

High Point Sire and Dam Form: This is used to nominate your Paso for High Point Sire and Dam.  By listing all your horse's progeny that will be shown in the show year, points for those horses can be tallied at the end of the year, and the nominated horse with the highest point total for their progeny will win this award.

Class Sponsorship Form: The Class Sponsorship Form is used to reserve your sponsorship for one, two, three or four SCPPHC shows per year.

Business Sponsorship Form: The Business Sponsorship Form is used to reserve your sponsorship.  Benefits of this sponsorship include shows, newsletters & web site exposure.

Banner Sponsorship Form: The Banner Sponsor may hang their banner (may be non horse related) in the arena at all the shows for one yearly price.
